So Kotti mentioned on his strim that there isn't really any collection or proper videos on glitches and easter eggs for the Hitman series, so this thread is dedicated for everyone to post videos of glitches (no reposts please unless its different route or something) and tutorials on performing them if needed. Just for posterity I'm going to post up this:
Note: For Traditions of the Trade: You can actually pass the guards at the beginning with your guns on you if you shoot the walls near the entrance of the hotel as well, sending all the front door guards into disarray and allowing you to pass with nobody bothering you, guns still on. Problem is, I have a hard time figuring out anything that would make that fact useful, since the other detectors are still occupied.
I encourage you guys to find other ways to manipulate the AI with gunfire, because some of that stuff has insane potential.

 This guard isn't hostile in spite of me running in a suit next to him - the only instance of such behavior happening. This happens if you shoot the wall next to him with a silenced weapon. If you syringe him at a very specific angle (and he allows you to run right next to him and bumble around, as long as you do not flash a weapon on him), you can cause him to become hidden inside the wall, but his disguise is still pickupable from there. The syringe animation can skip causing a very fast potential guard disguise grab, which allows for free passage pretty much everywhere in the place and a hidden body. |
