Starting the thread with some of the most commonly used glitches and tricks that work in several places.
Animation skipping and fast rifle unpacking
You can avoid certain animation such as unpacking the sniper rifle or strangling someone by standing on an uneven platform or in a spot where there's not enough space for the animation to play out. Staircases and slopes work very well for this. Tight spaces work for stranging animation and small bumbs on the ground for unpacking the rifle. Attacking someone while they're in the middle of certain other animations such as cooking can also cancel the animation.

The detonator glitch
Having the detonator out makes your off hand weapon become invisible to the AI. Very handy if you have to move around with a sniper rifle.
Mine shooting glitch
If you shoot a RU-AP mine you take no damage from it. Enemies still take damage and if they die it counts as kills.

Mines exploding through walls
The explosions are not affected by walls or floors. For examples, see the individual level PRO/SA record runs of AVY, TDDUP and AXXV.
The keyhole trick
If you peek through a keyhole and an NPC sees you do that, they will run to the door and they will keep running even if you go away.

Out of bounds
- By approaching small ledges correctly you can run on the normally. In certain areas this can be used to get out of bounds.
- By throwing a body over a railing in a specific angle you can end up on the wrong side of the railing and get out of bounds.
- Very few staircases can be climbed up on the wrong side. The notorious one is the on in DOTM which can be used to fall to the exit quickly.
